Allissa A. Penney

Allissa Ann Penney, 33, of Rice Lake, WI and former long-time Superior, WI resident, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Rice Lake. Allissa was born October 6, 1989 to Lynne and Tom Penney.

Allissa’s greatest love was her daughter Hope. Allissa loved to craft and garden with Hope by her side. Allissa was a wonderful loving mother with a funny personality. She will be missed greatly!

Allissa is survived by her daughter Hope Penney, mother Lynne (Steve Anderson) Penney, father Thomas Penney, brother Travis (Angie) Penney, her nephew and two nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her fiancée Brad Christofferson, grandparents Joe and Lorraine Penney, Irvin and Beverly Zinmer, Uncle Dennis Zinmer and Austin Knuuttila.

Rainbows and butterflies, sweet pea. We miss you already.

Time of Remembrance will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home, 1209 E. 5 ^th Street, Superior and continue until the memorial service at 12:30 PM with Gary Banker officiating. Allissa’s Celebration of Life will continue at V.I.P. restaurant, 1201 Tower Ave in Superior.
