Andrea Debeir

Andrea DeBeir, 55, Iron River resident and formerly from Superior, died peacefully, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 surrounded by her family at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, MN. She was born in Superior, April 21, 1965, the daughter of Paul and Marla (Rydberg) DeBeir.

Andrea graduated from Superior Senior High School in 1983.

She worked as a laborer for many years and in her earlier years, was a waitress and bartender at various establishments. She enjoyed traveling and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Brennon (Angie) DeBeir, Solon Springs, WI; longtime significant other, Jim Dugal; grandchildren, Dominic and Mackenzie; sisters, Pam Gidley and Lisa Bouchard; brothers, Scott DeBeir, Mike DeBeir, and Rene (Kim) DeBeir; as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her mom, Marla Brabander; dad, Paul DeBeir; and brother, Pat Bouchard.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke’s ICU team for their wonderful care.
