Annette Hegbloom

Annette Hegbloom, 63, Superior, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, November 03, 2014 in her residence.

She was born in Superior, WI on February 16, 1951 to Fred and Lillian Jamiska.

Annette graduated from Northwestern High School in 1969 in Maple, WI and was employed as a nurse’s aid, housekeeper, waitress, mother and grandmother.

She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, knitting and working outdoors but her greatest pleasure was spending time with family and friends, especially with her sister and best friend, Barbara.

She is survived by one daughter, Jacquelin M. (Greg) Wicklund, Hawthorne, WI; one son, Jon Hegbloom, Ashland, WI; three grandchildren, Nicholas and Justin Wicklund and Sean Hegboom; her siblings, James (Renee) Jamiska, Eau Claire, WI, Carolyn Fountaine, Cicero, IL; Barbara Walrath, Superior and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son Michael S. Hegbloom and her parents.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Memorial Service on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home with Pastor Will Mowchan, Pastor of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Finnish Apostolic Lutheran Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers for the service will be Jim Walrath, Brett Walrath, David Jamiska and Bill Koehig.
