Barbara R. Lindsay

Barbara Rae Lindsay, 70, resident of Superior, WI, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Essentia Health St. Mary’s in Duluth, MN.

She was born in Duluth on April 14, 1953, the daughter of Paul and Pearl (Olson) Galleberg. Barbara started her career working at Sears Department Store in Duluth. She then relocated to Washington, DC where she resided for 20 years. Upon returning home to Duluth in 1991, she worked at various businesses before retiring from Republic Bank in July 2018.

She is survived by her son, Tony (Missy Johnson) Lindsay, Isabel, Aeven and granddaughter Olyvia, all of Superior; and her sister Judy (Rod) Ness, Hermantown, MN.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Pearl Galleberg.

A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held from 12:30 – 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at VIP restaurant, 1201 Tower Ave, in Superior.
