Carol M. Orloski

Carol M. Orloski, 71, Superior resident, died Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at her home. She was born on October 23, 1943 in Minneapolis, MN to Joe and Helen (Schulte) Cuhel.

Carol graduated from the former Cathedral High School and graduated from WITC in the Business Program.

She was the Vice President and a loan officer with Metro Credit Union for many years.

Carol loved wintering in Arizona, gardening and spending time with family especially her grandchildren. Carol enjoyed many years on the golf course and was a member of the Superior Women’s Golf League.

Carol is survived by two sons, Paul and Troy Orloski, both of Superior, WI, longtime friend and companion, George Anderson, AZ; five grandchildren, Allen (Jessica), Tucker, Colen, Jake and John; one sister, Jean Eastman, Superior, WI; three brothers, Ron (Rita), Joel (Laura) and Jim Cuhel, all of Superior, WI and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM with Rev. Fr. Andrew Ricci officiating.

Burial will take place at a later date.

Carol’s longtime friends Jan Christman, Jean Wallin and Judy Maki will be recognized as honorary pallbearers.
