Carter R. Nelson, 81, lifelong Duluth area resident, died peacefully, Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth, MN.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior, and will continue until the 11:00 AM Memorial Service with Pastor Victor St. George of Zion Lutheran Church officiating.
