Charles J. Robinson

Charles J. Robinson, 15, Superior resident, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 5, 2018. He was born on July 16, 2002 in Grantsburg, WI to Darren Moyer and Tera Robinson.

He loved food, family, friends and playing football and was a “Spartan” through and through. He was a passionate gamer and loved his Xbox. He especially loved spending time with his niece Marlayna and nephews, Liam, Kail and Zayne.

He joined the family of Joel and Cheryl Dahl following the passing of his father Darren in 2010. In addition to his parents, Joel and Cheryl, Charles is also survived by five sisters, Taylor (Mark Doerner) Guenard, Karena (James) Lamoreaux, Brooke (Paul O’Shaughnessy) Dahl, Maddie Dahl, all of Superior, WI and Megan Tyson, Danbury, WI; two brothers, Matthew Robinson and Seth Shea, Superior, WI; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Rena Stream; paternal grandfather, Ronald Moyer; maternal grandmother, Linda Robinson; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his birth mother Tera Robinson.

He is preceded in death by his father Darren, best friend and uncle Matthew Moyer, maternal grandfather Charles Robinson, paternal grandmother Shelby Kotter and paternal great-grandmother Eileen Hucovski.

A Celebration of Charlie’s life and Time of Remembrance service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Zion Lutheran Church, 2022 E. 2 ^nd Street, Superior with Pastor Victor St. George and Pastor Scott Brown co-officiating.   A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Members of Charlie’s Superior Spartan freshman football team will be recognized as honorary pallbearers.
