Charlotte Kapsalis

Charlotte L. Kapsalis, 80, Superior, died Wednesday, September 7, 2011 in her home.

She was a member of the Wentworth Senior Citizens, volunteered with R.S.V.P. with Meals on Wheels, she enjoyed crocheting, bead work and received many awards for her volunteer work.

Charlotte had a love for music and enjoyed teaching violin and piano. She also enjoyed the orchestra and playing the accordion.

She is survived by one daughter, Radha (Michael) Hoeffling, Maple; three sons, Dione (Tricia) Kapsalis, Antioch, IL, Stephen (Kathy) Kapsalis, Hebron, IL, Albert (Deedee) Kapsalis, Hollow Rock, TN; twelve grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Emily (Don) Fairbanks, Arizona; one brother, Frank Clark, New York and several nieces and nephews.

Charlotte was preceded in death her husband Stephen; two sons, Vincent and Trifon; one granddaughter, Kimberly Kapsalis; one great-granddaughter, Briley Parish.

Per Charlotte’s wishes no public services are being planned.

Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
