Christopher Jon Fritze

Christopher J. Fritze, 48, lifelong area resident, died Sunday, December 10, 2017 in Superior, WI. He was born in Duluth, MN July 31, 1969, the son of Jeffrey W. Fritze and Marjorie Gasper.

He attended Lake Superior College in Duluth, and was employed with Nation Quality Inspectors in Duluth as a Grain Inspector.

Chris is a former member of the BPM Motorcycle Club. He was an avid volunteer with the Salvation Army, and was an active sponsor and advocate with the local rehab centers. Chris was a very loving and caring person who will be missed by many.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff Fritze, Pike Lake, MN and Marg Gasper, Superior, WI; wife, Melissa Fritze; daughter, Kristine Fritze, Grand Rapids, MN; step-children, Rayne and Dane; granddaughters, Emma and Willa; brothers, William Fritze, Superior, WI, Michael Fritze, Mobile, AL and Jesse Gasper, Superior, WI; sisters, Jennifer Fritze, Superior, WI, Kelly Ann Delano, Mt. Morris, NY, Delly Grossman, New Hampshire, April Fritze, Coleraine, MN and many nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.

Memorial Services will be held from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Salvation Army, 916 Hughitt Avenue, Superior.

Officiating the services will be Lt. Jason Elcombe.
