Corrine V. Campaigne, 88, longtime Superior resident, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 in her home.
She was born in Blueberry, WI on January 13, 1924 to Ole and Nellie (Carlson) Olson.
Corrine was employed as a stenographer with Douglas County ASCS for many years before her retirement.
She was a longtime active member of United Presbyterian Church and a member of the former First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed gardening, china painting, quilting and needlepoint.
Corrine is survived by two daughters, Deb Waterman, Superior, Michele (Todd) Larsen, Sun Prairie, WI; four grandchildren, Colton Larsen, Abby (Brent) Good, Ashley Waterman, and Amanda Mathiason and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy in 1991; four sisters, Olga Berube,
June Ammesmaki, Mabel Courtney, Muriel Izzard and two brothers, Clayton and Myron Olson.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and continue until the 12:00 Noon Memorial Service on Friday, December 21, 2012 at the United Presbyterian Church with Pastor Joel Huenemann, officiating.
Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
