Daniel E. Pince

Daniel E. Pince, 60, Superior resident, died Friday, June 19, 2015 at his residence.He was born in Superior, WI on March 11, 1955 to Albert and Helen (Wick) Pince.

Daniel was employed as a carpenter for Fraser Shipyards for thirty-three years retiring due to health problems in 2008.

He married Joan Ernst Thompson on September 29, 2007 and they celebrated seven years of marriage.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Joan; daughter, Sarah (Jason) Kolbinger, Becker, MN; two granddaughters, Ava and Piper Kolbinger; his mother, Helen Pince Bjurman, Stoughton, WI; four brothers, David, Dennis, Douglas and Donald; one step-brother, John Jr.; one step-daughter, Angela (Eric) Mack and step-grandson, Cole Mack, both of Superior, WI; one step-son, Nick (Katherine Schaffer) Thompson, Owatonna, MN and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Christ Lutheran Church, 320 N. 28th Street, Superior and continue until the 11:00 AM memorial service with Pastor David Schoessow officiating.

Burial will be in Summit Cemetery in Foxboro, WI.
