Darlene I. Dulinski

Darlene Irene Dulinski (Overfors), 76, passed peacefully at home, Wednesday, August 14, 2024, surrounded by her family.

Darlene was born February 2, 1948, to Bertyl and Lucille Overfors in Duluth, MN. She graduated from Duluth Central High School in 1966 and St. Luke’s School of Nursing in 1969. She met her husband of 56 years, Daniel Dulinski, at the age of 14 while roller skating. They have resided in Lake Nebagamon, WI for nearly 50 years, where Darlene was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a Registered Nurse for 40 years and retired in 2009 after 25 years with Douglas County Home Care.

Darlene enjoyed traveling with her husband and family, gardening, animals, and spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid collector of jewelry and glassware.

Darlene is survived by her husband, Daniel; her children, Darrel (Sue Medved) Dulinski of Superior, Danelle (Jesse) Roberts of Superior, and Darcy (Art) Anderson of Big Lake, MN; grandchildren, Holden, Hunter, Abi, and Audrey; and sister, Dawn Sobiech.

The family would like to thank Essentia Health Supportive and Palliative Care for providing wonderfully compassionate care for both Darlene and her family.

Services will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11416 1st St. N in Lake Nebagamon with 10:30 AM visitation and 12:00 PM service.
