David Halloran

David Halloran, 38, longtime area resident, died Thursday, December 5, 2019, in Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN. He was born in Bradenton, FL, March 3, 1981, the son of Andrew and Virginia (Atkins) Halloran.

David will always be remembered as the caring, giving person he was, who was always willing to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his son, Michael Wayne Halloran, Superior, WI; mother, Virginia Halloran, Superior, WI; brothers, Richard Halloran, Duluth, MN, and Joseph Halloran, West Palm Beach, FL.

He is preceded in death by his father, Andrew Halloran; and sister, Sharon Platt.

Per the family’s wishes, no public services will be held.
