Donald James Cline, 66, lifelong area resident, died at home, Saturday, June 15, 2019 surrounded by loving family and friends. He was born in Hayward, WI, September 1, 1952, the son of Donald F. and Geraldine (Dresser) Cline.
Don graduated high school and worked was a self-employed landscaper for many years.
He is survived by his sons, Shane Cline, Green Bay, WI, and Jesse Cline, Superior, WI; daughters, Kari Cline, Green Bay, WI, Sarah Cline, Vancouver, WA, and Jolene Cline, Superior, WI; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Tom (Janette) Cline, Superior, WI; sisters, Anna (Kevin) Merritt, Oulu, WI, and Melissa Pamperin, Laughlin, NV; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Earl (Marty) Martineau; brother, Robert "Bobby" Cline; and grandson, Kristoffer Logan.
A celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Jim and Jennifer Berka and family, for opening their hearts and home to Don. Between them, and Don’s nephew, Jeff, they gave extraordinary care to him during this last leg of his earthly journey.
