Donald "Don" Guski

Donald “Don” Guski, 52, Superior resident, died Friday, August 31, 2018 at his home unexpectedly. He was born on August 25, 1966 in Milwaukee, WI to William and Dorothy “Dottie” (Coleman) Guski.

He graduated from Ashland High School and from the W.I.T.C. Auto Mechanics program in Ashland, WI. Don was the head transmission mechanic for Power Transmission for over thirty years. He was a member of the N.R.A. He was an avid stockcar fan and enjoyed building and racing stockcars with his son, Colton under the name Three “G” Racing - Guski, Guski and Goldfine. He also was a gun collector and an Oakland Raiders fan.

Don is survived by his son, Colton Guski, Superior and his son’s mother, Tracy Rasimaki; mother, Dottie (Arthur) Bock; father, Bill Guski and paternal grandmother, Margaret Guski, all of Washburn, WI.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home, 1209 E. 5 ^th Street, Superior and continue until the 7:00 PM memorial service with Pastor Donna Rutten officiating.
