Doris A. Mischke

Doris A. Mischke, 71, longtime resident of Markville, Minnesota died Saturday, May, 3 ^rd , 2014 at Essentia Health Hospital, Sandstone, MN.

She was born in Siren, WI on August 17, 1942 to Christian and Meana (Schaaf) Golden.

She was employed by Pilgrims Cleaners, in Bloomington, Minnesota as the Manager.

Doris was married to Douglas Mischke on May 29, 1980 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and had recently celebrated 33 years of marriage.

Doris loved the outdoors, hunting birds, Ice fishing, and crossword Puzzles.

She also enjoyed the Nature environment in Markville, Minnesota and watching the Wheel of Fortune.

She is survived by her husband Douglas of Markville, MN; one son, Greg (Michelle Evans) Bellanger, Wyoming, MN; two grandchildren, Chloe and Greg Bellanger, II; three sisters, Florence Hamilton, Deerwood, MN, Carol Stroschein, Aitkin, MN, and Cathy Smith, Hudson, WI; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Terri and Tammy Golden; one son Howard Golden; one brother Chris “Rudy” Golden.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Zion Lutheran Church, 2022 East 2 ^nd Street, Superior and continue until the 12:00 Noon Funeral Service with Pastor Dennis Paulson, officiating.

Pallbearers for the service will be Curtis Howard, Gino Erwin, Scott Sandstrom, Ray Sandstrom, Dan Mischke and Wayne Mischke.

Honorary pallbearer will be John Herubin.

Burial will be in Markville Cemetery, Arna, Minnesota.
