Douglas A. Woodhull, 81, passed away peacefully, with his daughter Christine by his side, on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Bayshore Health and Rehab in Duluth, MN. Douglas was born December 14, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois at a Jewish hospital to Mervin and Irene (Smith) Woodhull.

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Rebecca and Jeannette.

He is survived by his children, Christine Treviranus (Tom), Hawthorne, WI, Doug Woodhull (Melissa), Superior, WI, and Tracy Woodhull, Superior, WI; grandchildren Daniel, Natasha, Kelly, Jessie, Trevor, Emalee, and Anthony; great grandchildren Phillip, Patrick, Kosta, Breezy, Kaden, Jaxon, Brantley, Estelle, Riddick, Willow, Indy and Thomas; brothers Daniel Woodhull (Peggy), Poplar, WI, John Woodhull (Shirley), Poplar, WI, Joel Woodhull (Wanda), Poplar, and Lewis Woodhull, Cloquet, MN.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you and appreciation to the staff at Bayshore Health and Rehab.

A Celebration of Douglas’s Life will be held from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the Fond du Lac Cultural Center, 1711 Big Lake Road in Cloquet, MN, with a traditional Tobacco and Drums Ceremony to follow.

Following the service, burial will be in New Holy Family Cemetery, 280 Reservation Road Cloquet, MN, where Military Honors will be accorded by the Fond du Lac/Cloquet Honor Guard.
