Earl C. Pattee

Earl C. Pattee, 64, longtime Superior resident, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his home.
He was born on May 28, 1949 in Superior, WI to Robert and Phyllis (Greely) Pattee.

Earl served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era.

He worked as a section laborer for the Canadian Pacific Railroad for forty years retiring in 2009.

He married Shelley Olbrych on June 14, 1985 in Superior and celebrated twenty-eight years of marriage.

Earl loved rummage sales, playing cards, listening to his tapes and was an avid reader.

Earl is survived by his wife, Shelley; three sons, William Pattee, Richfield, MN, Steven and Dylan Pattee, both of Superior, WI; two daughters, Penny Pattee, Thorp, WI and Jenna (Joe Wicklund) Olbrych, South Range, WI; three grandchildren, Andrew, Brayden and Taya; two brothers, Dennis (Cathy) Pattee, Superior, WI and Dale (Lynne) Pattee, Menomonie, WI and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Phyllis Pattee, sister Lorraine Van Puymbrouck, mother-in-law Fern Harapat and two brothers-in-law Bill and Ron Danielson.

Visitation will begin at10:00 AM on Monday, November 25 2013 at Zion Lutheran Church, 2022 E. 2nd Street, Superior and continue until the 11:00 AM memorial service with Pastor Brian Schumacher officiating.
