Edna Frostman

Edna E. Frostman, 86, Oulu, WI, died Friday, November 27, 2009 in the Middle River Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 22, 1922 in Superior to Guy and Florence Dodge.
She graduated from the former East High School and went on to attend Business College.
She had been employed as head cashier at the Superior National Bank for many years before her retirement.
Edna was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Oulu and its Ladies Aide. . She was a member of the Iron River American Legion Auxiliary and was the Oulu Town Clerk for many years.
She enjoyed being with her family, the outdoors, crafts and bowling. She had a good sense of humor and was known at Middle River for her continual smile.
Edna is survived by a son Andrew (Debra) Frostman, Oulu; two brothers, Ray Dodge, Middle River, Herbert (Marion) Dodge, Des Plaines, IL; a sister, Helen Dodge, Phelps, WI; two grandchildren, Jesse and Jaime Frostman and two great-grandchildren, Ayden Frostman and Halle Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Vernon; her parents; a daughter, Lenore Frostman; four brothers, Donald, Harry, Lyle and Dell Dodge and a sister, Dorothy Dodge.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Funeral Service on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 in Hope Lutheran Church in Oulu. Pastor Scott Stai will officiate.
Burial will be in the Pine Glade Cemetery in Oulu.
Pallbearers for the service will be Jesse Frostman, Rick Frostman, Dave Dodge and Joe Merila.
Lenroot-Maetzold is assisting the family with arrangements.
