Edward "Ed" F. Degraef

Edward “Ed” F. DeGraef, 60, Superior, died on Friday, December 13, 2019 at his home. He was born on July 5, 1959 in Superior, WI to Clifford and Beverly (LaJoie) DeGraef.

Ed worked for Fraser Shipyards as a boilermaker. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Ed is survived by his mother, Bev DeGraef, Superior; two sisters, Valerie (Blane) Bacon, New York and Jeanette (Dennis) Olson, Adams, WI; four brothers, Peter, South Range, WI, Louis, Michael and Ronald, all of Superior, WI; four children, Amanda (Mark) Grymala, Viola, WI, Eric (Krista) DeGraef, South Range, WI and Jillian and Josie DeGraef, both of Superior, WI; six grandchildren, Wesley, Claira, Michael, Kayla, Aiden and Jameson; three great-grandchildren, Elliana, Enelyse and Ahnaka and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Clifford, brothers Wayne and Jim and sister Roberta Jean.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior.
