Eunice C. Kennelly

Eunice C. Kennelly, 93, lifelong Superior resident, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Golden Living Center in Superior.
She was born on January 19, 1916 in Superior, WI to Louis and Helen Peters.
Eunice and her husband, Myron were the original founders of Shamrock Pizza. She was a longtime member of Holy Assumption Catholic Church.
She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Robert (Susan) Kennelly, Superior, WI; five grandchildren, Robert (Kris) Kennelly, Richard (Lisa) Kennelly, Peter (Brenda) Kennelly, Paul (Stacy) Kennelly and Mary (Todd) Balcer; and ten great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Myron Kennelly, her parents, Louis and Helen Peters, daughter, Marilyn Oesterreich, and great-granddaughter, Kassie Kennelly.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2009 in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior and continue until the 3:00 PM memorial service with Rev. Fr. Ronald Olson of Holy Assumption Catholic Church officiating.
