Floyd A. Buchin

Floyd Allen Buchin, 48, lifelong Superior resident, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Superior, WI. He was born on September 14, 1967 in Phoenixville, PA to James Buchin and Maureen (Coon) Pederson.

He served his country in the National Guard.

Floyd married Leslie Larson on August 7, 2010 and they celebrated five years of marriage.

Floyd worked numerous jobs and was always coming back to subcontracting on concrete work. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing eighteen holes of golf.

Floyd is survived by his wife, Leslie; their children, Corinna, Tiffany, Ashley and Tyler Bond and Dylan and Garrett Buchin; his sons, Brady, Cody and Maverick Buchin; his mother, Maureen Pederson; one sister, Lori Zinkle; two brothers, Will and Donny Buchin and many nieces and nephews and his two beloved cats, Shadow and Howie.

He is preceded in death by his father James, mother-in-law Laurie MacDonald and his grandmother Ruby Coon.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Hope Community Church, 1604 Banks Avenue, Superior. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Hope Community Church and continue until the 11:00 AM funeral service.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.

Pallbearers for the service will be Will, Donny and Bret Buchin, Aaron Watnemoe, Tyler Bond and Matthew MacDonald.
