Floyd E. Sarvela

Floyd E. Sarvela, 58, of Foxboro, died Friday, December 25, 2009 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

He was born on Sept. 23, 1951 in Moose Lake, Minn. to Ernest and June (Haglund) Sarvela.

loyd was a graduate of Moose Lake H.S. and was a self employed carpenter.

He enjoyed his grandchildren, the outdoors, feeding wildlife, woodworking, music and especially Christmas.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Faith Beamer; daughters, Holly and Noelle Sarvela of Duluth and Jill; sister, Judy Harju of Barnum; step-children, Camy and Cory Mohalski, Willow LaFave, Curtis, Adam and Ryan Beamer and Kelly Beamer Houston; and 18 grandchildren.

A memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be from 1:00-3:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2009 in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior WI.
