Frances A. Wick

Frances A. Wick, 94, lifelong Superior area resident, died on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Superior, WI. She was born in Poplar, WI on December 9, 1921 to Toivo and Hanna (Salonen) Hakkila.

Frances graduated from the former Central High School. She was an office worker and beautician for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents and brothers Raymond and Toivo Hakkila, sisters, Violette Teppo, Aune Maula, and Erma Pierce.

Frances is survived by one brother, Paul (Delores) Hakkila, Maple, WI ; sister-in-law, Audrey Hakkila, Poplar, WI and several nieces and nephews.

Services are pending for the spring of 2017.
