Heath R. Hanssen

Heath R. Hanssen, 46, a new resident of Brule, WI, died peacefully Friday, September 8, 2023, at home with his devoted wife by his side. He was born in Dubuque, IA, on October 10, 1976.

He graduated from the former Central High School in Duluth, MN, and worked at HOM Furniture for twenty-four years.

Heath married the love of his life Keli Zink (nee Bailey) June 20, 2009, in Andover, MN, and they celebrated fourteen years of marriage before his passing.

He had a love for Jesus, playing pool and golf. He was a kind and loyal friend and will be greatly missed.

Heath is survived by his loving wife, Keli Hanssen, Brule, WI; son, Nicholas; daughter, Alyssa; beloved dogs, LaLita, Xerxes, and Azarah; parents, Richard, and Penny Hanssen; brother, Ben (Megan) Hanssen; niece, Norah; nephew, William, and his in-laws, Jerry and Susy Smith. Heath is further survived by many friends, both old and new, and family that adored him.
