Irene Boedigheimer

I rene Boedigheimer, 96, died Sunday, April 2, 2017 in Superior, WI. Irene was born February 5, 1921 in Superior, WI to Peter and Alice (Nelson) Moe.

She graduated from Superior Teachers College and taught in Florence, WI, Michigan and Superior, WI.

Irene is survived by many cousins and caregivers Richard and Gwen Theien.

She is preceded in death by her husband Elwin of thirty-five years and her parents and sister Elizabeth Thompson.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made in Irene’s name to Pilgrim Lutheran Church.

Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
