Irene C. Trettin

I rene C. Trettin, 96, longtime area resident, died on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the Villa Marina Health and Rehabilitation Center in Superior. She was born on August 15, 1920 in Hayward, WI, the daughter of Allison and Ida (Erickson) Drake.

She is survived by her sons, Bill (Joni) Trettin, Superior, WI and Fred (Jackie) Trettin, Foxboro, WI; daughter, Debra (John) Aquilina, Ontario, Canada; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille Ross, Hayward, WI and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert and son Gary.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 17, 2017 in the Bratley-Nelson Funeral Home, 15571 Co. Hwy B in Hayward, WI and will continue until the 11:00 am funeral service.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Villa Marina and Essentia Health Hospice Staff for the loving care they provided Irene and her family.
