Jo Ann Carlson

Jo Ann Carlson, 84, longtime resident of South Range, WI, and wife of Tom Carlson, died Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Middle River Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Liberty Hill, TX, August 26, 1935, the daughter of I.N. and Lucy (Potts) Ferges.

Jo graduated high school and went on to earn her certificate in nursing in California. She worked as an LPN in a medical clinic for many years.

She was united in marriage to Thomas Carlson, in Zephyr Cove, NV, September 3, 1966, and they celebrated fifty-three years of marriage before her passing.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Tom Carlson, South Range, WI; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Harvey and Craig; daughter, Sheryl; and brother, Chuck Ferges.
