Judith A. Remington, 73, Superior, passed away on Thursday, May 07, 2015 at the Lighthouse of Superior, surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 26, 1941 in Superior to Orval and Betty (Johnson) Anderson.
Judy was employed as a banking clerk and secretary at the Moose Lodge #606.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Women of the Moose #795.
Judy enjoyed watching the Milwaukee Brewers, loved to play bingo and do crafts. Her greatest pleasure was camping and spending time with her family.
She is survived by three daughters, Julie Remington, Superior, Betti (Bill) Warn, Superior, Patti (Ken Pettit) Remington, Superior; one son, Wade (Kris Berg) Remington, Superior; four grandchildren, Samantha Nieman, Amanda Nieman, Nicole Martineau, Trisha (Travis) Mandigo and Nicole and Trisha’s mother, Barbe Martineau, one great-granddaughter, Emi Mandigo; one brother, Rod (Cynde) Anderson, Superior and many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband Ronald on February 4, 2012; her parents; one grandson, Steven Pettit; two brothers, Orval and Ronald Anderson.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and will continue until the 1:00 PM Memorial Service on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Ronald Becklund and Pastor Gary Garnatz, of Bethel Lutheran Church, co-officiating.
Private family burial will be in the Parkview Cemetery in Hawthorne, WI.
