Judy J. Little

Judy J. Little, 71, longtime Superior and Poplar area resident, died Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth. She was born on May 14, 1946 in Superior, WI, daughter of Gerald and Louise (Edquist) Colby.

Judy loved her membership at Peace Lutheran Church and the community surrounding her for all of her life. Judy was a seventeen year breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed volunteering for Relay-for-Life to help and inspire others. Judy truly loved her family. She loved to travel and spend time with her sisters and brother. She will be forever missed.

Judy is survived by her four children, Yvonne Little, William (Gina) Little, Mitchell (Tracy) Little and Vicki (Scott) Luostari; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren with one on the way; seven sisters, Doris (Emery) Jones, St. Croix Falls, WI, Geraldine Karna, South Range, WI, Janet Colby, Superior, WI, Shirley (John) Woodhull, Poplar, WI, Corrine White, Superior, WI, Mary (Herman) Horst, Maple, WI and Laura Colby, Barnes, WI and one brother, Gerald (Linda) Colby, Poplar, WI.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Peace Lutheran Church in Poplar, WI. Visitation will resume at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 1, 2017 and continue until the 12:00 PM funeral service at Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Donna Rutten officiating.  Burial will take place at a later date in Poplar Cemetery.
