Kim M. Hart

Kim M. Hart, 59, lifelong area resident died peacefully Saturday, March 26, 2022, at home in Poplar, WI with her loving husband by her side. She was born in Superior, WI, July 21, 1962, the daughter of Theodore “Tom” and Karen (Morrisette) Meierotto.

She graduated high school and went on to work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Pathways to Achievement for many years.

Kim was united in marriage to Bruce Hart on February 28, 1998, and they recently celebrated twenty-four years of marriage before her passing.

Kim was a longtime active member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Superior. She was a religious educator and taught catechism to countless children over the years. In her free time, Kim enjoyed camping and fishing and especially loved spending time with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband, Bruce Hart, Poplar, WI; children, Anna Peterson, and Zeb and Erin Hart, all of Superior, WI; grandson, Seth Peterson; father, Tom Meierotte, Foxboro, WI; brothers, Steve (Brenda), Marty (Dominic), and Jeff (Sheryl) Meierotto, all of Two Rivers, AK; several nieces and nephews, and mother-in-law, Carole (Rodney Heiska) Lee, Danbury, WI.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Karen Meierotto.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 2, 2022, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 4315 E. 3 ^rd Street, Superior, and will continue until the 12:00 PM Memorial Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Fr. Andrew Ricci as celebrant.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Essentia Hospice staff for their kind and compassionate care they provided Kim and her family during this difficult time.

Cremation Service of Superior, 403 E Street, is assisting the family with arrangements.
