Larry O. Kinney

Larry O. Kinney, 71, Hemet, CA and formerly of Superior, WI, died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Emeritus Assisted Living in Hemet, CA.
He was born on February 15, 1943 in Brainerd, MN to Lyle J. and Josephine (Thompson) Kinney.

Larry graduated from high school and served his country in the United States Army.

He was employed as a construction work for many years, retiring in 1999.

He was a member of the American Legion, V.F.W., Eagles Club and the Moose Lodge.

He is preceded in death by this wife Carol Jean Kinney and his parents.

Larry is survived by three daughters, Lisa (Michael) Larsen, Hemet, CA, Julia Ramirez, Oceanside, CA and Lori (Michael) Martorano, Altamonte Springs, FL; seven grandchildren, Christopher and Victor Roldan, Mikey and Tori Martorano and Niko, Angel and Jesse Ramirez and one great-grandchild, Jade Hogan.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior and continue until the 11:00 AM memorial service with Rev. Fr. Andrew Ricci of Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church officiating.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
