Laura C. Lund

Laura Catherine Lund, 41, passed away on May 30, 2022. She is already tremendously missed by her family. She is survived by her mother Theresa Lund, father Jeffery Lund, stepmother Karla Lund, brother Eric (Erin) Lund, sister Nicole (Carter Woollen) Lund, her stepsister Molly Lund, three nephews Calvin Lund, Elliot Lund, Henry Woollen, two step nephew’s Oliver Zabel, Jax Stedham, and her greater extended family. Greeting Laura in heaven are her grandparents Max and Catherine Nuernberg, Jack Lund, and Renee and Don Jelinek along with other relatives who predeceased her.

Laura was born and raised in St. Cloud, MN, graduated from Apollo Senior High School and her special bond with her mom led her to move to Duluth MN to be closer to family. Laura was a devoted animal lover and enjoyed spending her days with her boyfriend Steve Robinson, her furry friends and listening to her favorite band KISS.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but we will always hold her in our hearts.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, Friday, July 8, 2022, at Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue in Superior and will continue until the 3:00 PM Memorial Service with Pastor Victor St. George officiating.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made in Laura’s name to the Animal Allies Humane Society, 4006 Airport Rd., Duluth, MN 55811.
