Lee Ann Notenberg

Lee Ann Notenberg, 80, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022, in Duluth, MN. She was born on October 10, 1942, to Frank and Bertha Mae (Ediven) Dumonsau in Superior, WI.

Lee Ann married John “Jack” Notenberg on September 26, 2009.

She worked thirty-six years with the Superior School District as a bus driver. Twenty-nine of those years were spent driving buses for the handicapped.

Lee Ann was a longtime member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Superior but also attended Pilgrim Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Moose Club 606 and the Superior Figure Skating Club for many years.

She is survived by her husband Jack; son Thomas Waletzko, Superior; Daughter Cheryl Waletzko, Duluth; stepson Tim (Debra) Notenberg, Superior; granddaughter Alissa Notenberg; and her brother, Frank Dumonsau.

Lee Ann is preceded in death by her parents.

A Visitation at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, in Superior, will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 18, 2022, and will continue until the Funeral Service at 3:00 PM. Burial will be in the spring.
