Linda "Dida" I. Clark

Linda “Dida” I. Clark, 101, resident of Superior for twenty years, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 with her family at her side. Linda was born in Lakeside, WI on October 30, 1914 to Eric and Anna (Vig) Erickson.

She graduated from Denfeld High School, then moved back and married Marvin L. Clark on July 30, 1937.

She worked at the Middle River Sanatorium and retired from the Poplar Hardware Store. Linda was a loving mother, enjoyed games with her friends, and loved dressing up for Halloween. Her motto was “I go with the flow.”

She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin, son Dennis, parents Anna and Eric Erickson, her son-in-law, John Tanski, four sisters and two brothers.

Linda is survived by two daughters, Gloria (Robert) Usinger and Lois Tanski; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and her special friend Rollie.

A very special thank you goes out to the staff of her loving home “The Harmony House.”

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home, 1209 E. 5 ^th Street, Superior and continue until the 1:00 PM, Memorial Service with Pastor Sarah Kerkes officiating.
