Marisa D. Anderson

Marisa D. Anderson, 34, Superior, died Monday June 3, 2013 in Superior.

She was born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India on November 21, 1978.

She graduated from Superior High School in 1997.

Marisa was a free spirit whose tremendous love of animals was evident in her special relationship with “Kitty”.

She loved being outdoors hunting for agates and fishing; and loved spending time with family and friends.


Marisa is survived by her parents, Bill and Karen Anderson, Superior; Sheryl (Larson) Anderson, Superior; one sister, Megan (Will Brown) Wolfe, Rosemount, MN; one brother Michael L. Anderson, Richfield, MN; one niece, Bobbi Wolfe, Rosemount, MN and her maternal grandparents, Michael and Marge McPhee and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the 12 Noon Memorial Mass on Monday, June 10, 2013 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2316 E. 4th St., Superior with Rev. Fr. James Tobolski as celebrant.

Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
