Marjorie R. Barbe

Marjorie R. Barbe, 83, Superior, died Monday, May 24, 2010 in the Chris Jensen Home, Duluth, MN.

She was born on October 20, 1926 in Guernsey Channel Islands.
She enjoyed playing bingo and dancing.

Marjorie is survived by three daughters, Sandra (Kenneth) Bott, Elk River, MN; Jill (William Zamback) Trapp, Chippewa Falls, WI; Michelle (Bob) Fischer, Sioux Falls, SD; two sons; Graham Barbe, Superior; Alan (Karen) Barbe, Superior; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty and Pearl, both in Guernsey; one brother; Alan (Marie) Gillingham, Georgia and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Barbe on August l, 1991; one granddaughter, Denise Schemenauer (Trapp) on March 15, 2007 and two brothers, William and James.

A Time of Remembrance will be from at 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 27, 2010 in the Apostolic Gospel Church, 3882 Haines Rd., Duluth, MN.

Burial will be in Chippewa Falls, WI.
