Melvin "Mel" Schultz

Melvin “Mel” Schultz, 59, Superior resident, died Sunday, May 28, 2017 in his home. He was born on February 23, 1958 in Chicago, IL to Melvin and Alice (Kujak) Schultz.

Mel was a mechanic for an auto parts rebuilding factory in Chicago, IL for many years. He loved working on hot rods and cars including classic cars.

Mel is survived by two sisters, Reggie Leckel, Superior, WI and Geri Schultz, Chicago, IL; one brother, Rick Schultz, Lubbock, TX; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was also a great friend to Harley.

He is preceded in death by his mother Alice in 2016, father Melvin in 1999 and a brother Daniel Schultz.

Per Mel’s wishes no funeral services will be held.
