Michael Conrad Bowman

Michael Conrad Bowman, 33, Cloquet, MN, died suddenly on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 in an automobile accident.

He was born on November 5, 1977 in Hoyt Lakes, MN to Robert and Kathryn (Krueger) Bowman.

Michael was a 1996 graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth.

He married Erica Peters on July 7, 2000 and celebrated ten years of marriage.

Michael was employed as a boiler room operator for the Sappi Paper Mill in Cloquet since 1999.

He was an avid Twins baseball fan and he was looking forward to seeing his favorite musician in June.

Michael made a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at the Lakeview Covenant Church in Duluth on April 23, 2006.

In addition to his wife Erica, Michael is survived by two sons, Dean and Dylan, both at home; one daughter Violet, at home; his parents, Robert and Kathryn Bowman, Superior; his mother and father-in-law, Henry and Susan Peters, Superior; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Josh and Jaime Peters; a niece Eleanor Peters and a nephew, Zachary Peters, all of Bloomington, IL.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until the 2:00 PM Funeral Service on Monday, May 2, 2011 at the Lakeview Covenant Church, 1001 Jean Duluth Rd., Duluth with Pastor Jeff Burton, officiating.

Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Superior.

Pallbearers for the service will be Josh Peters, Jon Peters, Daniel Esselstrom, Andrew Esselstrom, Jon Lindberg and Dan Conrad.
