Nicole Lynne Sampson

Nicole Lynne Sampson, 45, former Duluth and Superior area resident, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul, MN. She was born on October 16, 1972 in Duluth, MN, the daughter of Jack and Jeri (Hill) Walsburg.

She married Robert Sampson on December 20, 2014 in Superior, WI. She was employed as an Accounting Manager for Nanostone Water Company in Eden Prairie, MN.

Nicole is survived by her husband, Robert; one daughter, Alexandria (Brian) Nash, Minneapolis, MN; one son, Jaylan Edwards, Fort Meyers, FL; one grandson, Porter Nash, Minneapolis, MN; her mother, Jeri (Bill) Maciejeski, Superior, WI; one brother, Jeramiah (Camille) Walsburg, Duluth, MN and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Walsburg; brother, Shawn Walsburg; and her grandparents.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier  Catholic Church, 2316 E. 4 ^th Street, Superior, and will continue until the 11:00 AM Memorial Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Father James Tobolski as celebrant.
