Pamela Rae Aker

Pamela Rae Aker, 72, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in Grandhaven, MI.

She was born on February 22, 1949, the daughter of Lloyd and Gertrude (Elsmore) Aker.

Pamela graduated from Superior Senior High in 1967.  She later was employed at Holzberg Laundry and Superior Motors along with many other jobs as a skilled bookkeeper. She relocated to Michigan in 1991 and at the time of her passing was employed at JW Wine and Spirits in Grandhaven, MI. Pamela was a loving friend throughout her years and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her lifetime companion, Gary Specht, Grand Haven, MI; brothers Dave Aker, Duluth, MN, Tom Aker, Blaine, MN and Kevin Aker, Fort Collins, CO; and many nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Gertrude Aker.

Per the families wishes, Pamela’s Memorial service will be held at a later date.
