Patricia "Pat" Leinweber

Patricia “Pat” Leinweber, 85, Superior, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Golden Living of Superior.

She was born on March 3, 1930 in Swinton, England to Alfred and Kathleen (Early) Ray.

She married Chester Leinweber on January 25, 1952 in Cambridge, England and celebrated 63 of marriage.

Together they owned and operated the Forrest Inn in Foxboro for many years.

She was an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she was a Eucharistic minister and chaired many events. She enjoyed making hats, fishing, camping, playing cards and anything to do with the outdoors. She and Chet enjoyed vacationing in Canada every year for over 30 years.

Pat is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Weck, Superior, Sharon (Wayne) Everett, Cloquet, MN; one son, Steve Leinweber, Superior; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one brother, John (Norma) Ray, England.

She was preceded in death by her husband Chet on June 24, 2015, a son Chet, two grandchildren, Christine Leinweber and Walter Marlton, Jr. and her parents.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and will continue until the 11:00 AM Memorial Mass on Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. James Tobolski as celebrant.

Burial will be in the Summit Cemetery.

Pat’s grandchildren will be recognized as honorary pallbearers.
