Paul Henry Gall, 69, Superior, passed away peacefully at Wissota Health and Vent Center in Chippewa Falls, WI on Thursday, August 4, 2016. He finally found his “Stairway to Heaven” after a long battle through life with many health issues. He’s now up there doing what he did best and loved. Music was a huge part of Paul’s life and everyone that came in contact with him, always found that out. A room was always lit up with Paul’s singing and/or guitar playing. He sure is one that will be missed dearly.
Paul was born July 30, 1947 in Superior, WI to Paul and Eileen Gall. He was the oldest child of seven. Since the age of 8, Paul had been battling with childhood diabetes which led to many other medical issues throughout his life. He was strong through it all. Paul graduated from Central High School of Superior, Class of 1965. He married Julie Van Hove on February 19, 1974. They made their family complete when they had their two daughters in 1980 and 1986.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Eileen Gall.
Paul is survived by his wife, Julie; two daughters, Katie (David) Wallace and Sara (Josh) Parr; six grandchildren, Dylan, Gabbie, Hunter and Nolan Wallace and Evan and Kasen Parr; four sisters, Carol (Dan) Tolliver, Theresa (Greg) Erlandson, Janet (Jeff) Colby and Gerri (Dake) Warren; two brothers, Tom Gall and Brian (Harriet) Gall; one aunt, Mary Hammer; long time best friend, Dennis Krivinchuk and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
