Randy S. Bergstrom

Randy S. Bergstrom, 64, lifelong Superior resident died unexpectedly and peacefully at home on Sunday, March 13, 2022, after a brief health complication.

He was born in Superior on September 30, 1957, the son of Charles and Carla (Olson) Bergstrom.

Randy was a graduate of Superior Senior High School class of 1975. He went on to gain his apprenticeship as an electrician at Bergstrom Electric and owned and operated the business for many years.

Randy and LuAnn Rivord were united in marriage on August 25, 1979, and they celebrated forty-two years of marriage before his passing.

He was a member of the Superior Elks Lodge #403, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Engineers #242 for over forty-five years.

Randy was highly dedicated to his family. He especially loved spending time in Lake Nebagamon with family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, LuAnn Bergstrom; daughter, Alison Bergstrom; son, Bryan Bergstrom; sister, Wendy (Larry) Sprague; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his son, Scott Edward Bergstrom; brother, Edward “Skeeter” Bergstrom; and his parents.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the staff at St. Luke’s Infusion and Radiation Center.

A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at the Elks Lodge #403, 1503 Belknap Street in Superior.
