Rhianon N. Betterman

Rhianon Nicole Betterman, 32, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 13, 2017. She was born in Duluth, MN and was a lifelong resident of WI.

She went to college after high school in Texas and lived there on and off for several years before settling back in Superior. She was a great photographer and had a heart of gold for helping others, especially loved rocking babies in the church nursery in TX and WI. She played basketball with 5th and 6th grade team when she was in 4th grade which was an honor for her to be asked. She worked at Target in TX and WI and babysat for countless families in TX and WI.

Rhianon is survived by her mother, Corinna Betterman; her father, Mark (Sue) Betterman; brother, Jared Betterman; her step-brother Dylan Hall; her sweetheart, Jimmy Armstrong; grandparents, Duane (Jeanette) Betterman and grandmother, Darlene Hunter; aunts, Sheilla (Jeff) Smith, Theresa (Ken) Koosmann, JoAnn (Mel) Mattson, Lisa (Bob) Doolittle, LeAnn (Mark) Ulvi and many cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Bruce Gurnoe; great-grandparents, John and Elaine Jack, Edna (Robert) Gurnoe, Robert and Ella Betterman and Clarence and Lucille Broers and her aunt, Melinda Hunter.

Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Zion Lutheran Church, 2022 E. 2nd Street, Superior and continue until the 11:30 AM memorial service with Pastor Victor St. George officiating. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Superior, WI.
