Richard "Rick" W. Jarvis

Richard “Rick” W. Jarvis, 66, Superior resident, died Saturday, February 9, 2019 in his home. He was born on January 23, 1953 in St. Paul, MN to Martin and Mavis (Leiber) Jarvis.

Rick served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He worked for Magcon Engineering doing electrical work for many years. For the last 12 years, before Uber was ever started, Rick would give people rides to work, school and Dr. appointments.

Rick is survived one son, Richard Jarvis, Maple Grove, MN; one daughter, Stefanie Warren, Anoka, MN; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Ostermann, St. Paul, MN and Diane Wolfe, White Bear Lake, MN and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson Alexander Michael Jarvis.

Burial will be on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 1:45 PM at Fort Snelling Cemetery.
