Robert A. Brisky

Robert A. Brisky, 75, Superior resident, formerly of the Wascott area,died Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on June 14, 1934 in Dallas, TX to Harry and Lois (Farnham) Brisky.

He was self-employed known as the "Tru Form Tool Service”, retiring in 1988.

Robert married Carol Banse on March 8, 1952 and would have celebrated fifty-eight years of marriage this year.

He was a member of Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Lions Club.

Robert is survived by his wife, Carol; three daughters, Linda (Thomas) Grover, Julie (Thomas) Burnosky and Janet (John) Sobolik, all of Superior, WI; four
sons, Gary Brisky, Thomas (Julie) Brisky, both of Gordon, WI, Greg
(Mary) Brisky, Duluth, MN and Bobby Brisky, Rice Lake, WI; sisters, Carol Brisky and Barb (Jeff) Burcham; brother, John (Judy) Brisky; several nieces and nephews, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Lois Brisky.

Friends are invited to participate in a rosary service beginning at 4:00 PM, Thursday, February 25, 2010 followed by a visitation from 4:30 – 7:00 PM in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior. Visitation will resume at
11:00 AM on Friday, February 26, 2010 at Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church and will continue until the 12:00 PM Memorial Mass with Rev. Fr. Andrew Ricci as celebrant.
