Ruth E Hendry

Ruth E. Hendry, 64, Superior, died on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Superior Rehab and Nursing Center in Superior, WI. She was born on June 18, 1952 in Superior, WI to Charles and Lois (Baldwin) Hendry and was a lifelong Superior resident.

She graduated from Superior Senior High and received her Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She was a member of Caltin Green Garden Club of Superior and she was an amateur author.  Ruth was also a former member of the First Evangelical Covenant Church in Superior, WI.

Ruth is survived by three brothers, Charles E. Hendry, Superior, WI, Jon (Evelyn) Hendry, Gwinn, MI and Stephen (Beth) Hendry, Superior, WI; sister-in-law, Jennifer Hendry, Superior, WI.

She was preceded in death by her father Charles in 2005; her mother Lois on Friday, March 24, 2017 and her brother Tim Hendry.

There will be a joint funeral service for Ruth and her mother Lois on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in the Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior, with visitation starting at 10:00 AM and continuing until the11:00 AM Funeral Service with Pastor Jon Hendry officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Solon Springs, WI.
