Ruth Mae Watson

Ruth Mae Watson (McDonough), 78, of Superior WI passed away June 1 ^st 2019 at Essentia Health in Duluth MN. Ruth was born on January 23 ^rd 1941 to the late Robert and Jeanette (Piper) McDonough.

She leaves behind her loving children, Andrea, Jimi, Robert, Dawn, Julie, Dan and Lynn Borchardt, her 18 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren and her siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Carol, Dorothy; her grandchildren Jeremy, Shannoa, Marcus and Tyler and her late ex-husband Edward Williams.

Born in Superior WI she attended Cathedral School. She married Edward Williams in 1968 they had 6 children together. She and Edward divorced in 1982. She Married Tony Watson in 1989. Ruth worked multiple jobs in her lifetime and enjoyed spending her free time with family.

Ruth had a spunk for life and a love of elephants.  She will be missed by all that knew her. Gone but never forgotten. Get your step stool and give em hell, Ruth.

A private celebration of life will be held.
