Sarah "Sally" A. Tollefson

Sarah “Sally” Ann (Sullivan) Tollefson, 71, Superior resident, died Friday, June 24, 2011 at her home.

She was born on June 1, 1940 in Superior, WI to Leslie E. and Margaret C. (Osman) Sullivan.

Sally is survived by four daughters, Terri Cook, St. Paul, MN, Karen and Kellie Cook and Bobbi Logergren, all of Superior, WI; two sons, Mike (Nevada) Cook, Osage, IA, and Jim Cook, White Bear Lake, MN; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; three sisters, Teddi (Don) Bordsen, St. Paul, MN, Sheila (Dan) Trumble, White Bear Lake, MN and Pattie (David) Johnsen, Forest Lake, MN; two brothers, Terry (Joleen) Sullivan, Woodbury, MN and Mike Sullivan, St. Paul, MN and several nieces and nephews and longtime family friend, Lela Treakle.

She is preceded in death by infant daughter, Cheryl and her parents.

Graveside services will be held at the Resurrection Cemetery, 2101 Lexington Avenue S., Mendota Heights, MN at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 9, 2011.
